National Bullying Awareness Week (November 17-23, 2013)

Bullying is not just something that as adults we have left behind on the school yard playground.  Unfortunately it’s in our workplaces, our neighbourhoods, in our groups and professional association’s and so on. Bullying affects us all at some point, either through first hand experience, or through creating unhealthy environments which prevent us from being happy, healthy and productive.  It’s become a norm unfortunately, but together we can works towards changing this towards becoming something that none of us tolerate.
